BRIAN CHIVERE - Leadership Development Professional
Brian is an experienced leadership development professional. With over 20 years’ experience, His engagements span across FMCG, IT, Education, Hospitality and Manufacturing ecosystems with avid skills in finance, learning & experience design as well as organizational development, Business Strategy, and Change Management. He is highly effective in working with diverse teams and committed to providing thought leadership and business acumen to innovative solution development. He is passionate about the importance of building community and leveraging the strengths of teams and individuals to deliver significant and sustainable positive impact.
Brian has held various leadership, learning and organizational design roles at Kimberly Clark, African Leadership Group, Dubai Holdings and currently at Zutari (previously Aurecon) as their Learning Xperience Partner where he leads the end-to-end transformational experience and operations of Zutari’s flagship programs. In addition to being a certified Value-Added Facilitator with TTI Success Insights, Brian is a corporate trainer, workshop moderator and speaker. He holds a Masters in Learning & Leadership from the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), a Bachelor Science Honours in Psychology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
