Building Effective teams

Working in an ineffective and dysfunctional team can be one of the most challenging realities in one’s professional journey. Building effective teams is possible, but often starts with having an awareness of who we are and how we show up. 

In this workshop, we leverage the Team Management Profile (TMP) to help teams understand team dynamics and their impact on how they work together. Leveraging our experience with frameworks like Tuckman's Stages of Team Development, Beckhard’s GRIP Model and Lencioni’s 5 Dysfunctions of a team, we walk teams through a journey of seeing themselves fully and building the tools and strategies needed to become stronger communicators and collaborators. Leading to improved team culture and performance.

During Experience

  • Overview: A 3-hour facilitated workshop to understand your unique individual profile, evaluate the impact of your team’s dynamic and devise strategies to leverage your collective profiles to enhance communication and collaboration.

  • Capacity: Tailored to your teams size and need

  • Assessment: Post-experience survey

Post-experience
