Director of Business and Partner Operations
Lohinee was born and raised in Mauritius, lived and worked in East Africa for 5 years. She has more than 6 years of experience in running operations for education and technology companies in building and leading new business units, directing operations and business strategy, hiring and growing talent towards high quality output. She has worked with reputable EdTech startups in Mauritius and East Africa, including ALU and Moringa School amongst others. Driven by her passion for impact through education and technology, she designs and implements solutions that will enable startups to scale up within countries, to new countries, to new customer segments, and to new products. She has strong experience in strategic thinking, stakeholder management and change management in startups and high growth companies and has been recognized consistently for performance excellence and contributions to success in education, education management, and EdTech. She is currently the Director of Business and Partner Operations at NiaDelta and the Co-Founder and COO at Katapult, her focus is on Fundraising, Operations, Growth and Strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Counseling skills from Middlesex University and a Masters in Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
