SILA OGIDI - Head of Learning and Experience Design
Sila Ogidi graduated from Bryn Mawr College in 2015 with a BA in English Language and Literature. Since then, she has worked at the African Leadership University in various roles and currently serves as a cross-campus Learning Experience Designer. Sila’s professional experience spans marketing, teaching, leadership and professional development, instructional and program, and learning ecosystems design.
Sila is passionate about creating transformative learning experiences that act as enablers for self- actualization and liberation from oppressive systems.
