A master facilitator of leadership learning, Steve Boehlke has more than 30 years experience developing leaders globally. For the past ten years he has served as Sr. Advisor to the African Leadership Group, supporting the various organizations and leaders affiliated with ALG. His work in the non-profit sector in recent years has included private independent schools, philanthropic foundations, and local charities.
As founder and president of SFB Associates, Steve managed a diverse group of consultants to optimize leadership effectiveness in multinational corporations. His corporate clients have included senior executives at Cargill, ExxonMobil, General Mills, HP, Medtronic, Merck & Co, and Nestlé among others. He is the author of 50 Lessons on Leading for Those with Little Time for Reading. Steve is committed to equipping the next generation of leaders to serve globally by asking the difficult questions by which excellent leadership grows and develops.
