Syria Rama is a Certified People Acuity Guide (CPAG) and Strengths Coach. A Learning & Development Consultant with 15+ years experience in the field. She is also a CIPD Member, a Cornell University alumni and the current Program Quality Director of Toastmasters Division B under District 114.
She has vast experience in Learning and Development in the corporate space and is an expert in performance consulting. A seasoned & versatile facilitator with contagious positivity and the ability to connect learners to each other and to the content thus motivating them to take action towards change.
She has a passion for Strengths Discovery and running programs that transform the lives of participants to become acutely self-aware and accepting of each other’s differences, contributions and talents while enabling them to collaborate and work interdependently and passionately in their chosen fields.
Syria deeply believes in people and the power of their innate potential. She derives satisfaction in developing them to know and believe in themselves by bringing out their Strengths and Talents to authentically be who they truly are.
