“The African Leadership Academy engaged NiaDelta to design virtual sessions for a group of young people from around the world that we selected for a leadership development program. I remember early in the process the team explaining that they ‘craft experiences’ and that is a spot-on way of describing their work. They have an uncanny ability to build a community using thought-provoking, engaging experientials, while challenging the participants to think critically about issues facing the world. Heading into the program, one of our biggest goals was to build a community amongst the participants. After six virtual sessions, the 40 participants (who spanned 24 countries from Peru to Singapore and have never met in person) felt like a community. They had made lifelong friends and that is a result of the thoughtful, careful planning from the NiaDelta Team. Working with NiaDelta is an absolute joy, as you are working with people who are deeply passionate about the work they are doing—and the passion comes through in all that they do.”
