DR ZUKISWA MTHIMUNYE -
Leadership, Organizational Development & Education Consultant
Dr. Mthimunye is a leadership, organizational development and education consultant working across the private, for-benefit, and public education sectors. Her work is informed by a fundamental belief that leaders must be developed and prepared for the specific places, people, systems, and competitive environments within which they lead to fully thrive, and transform society- essentially, contextual leadership.
As a facilitator and consultant, she enables executive teams in diverse areas including personal leadership; growing sustainable innovative cultures (telecommunications; financial services); developing and leading inclusive cultures (healthcare; transport); and change management in the era of digitization (financial services; independent schools). She also consults to international corporate foundations on education and youth development, including program design (curriculum design), program delivery, MnE and impact analysis.
She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Columbia University; Master of Science (MSc.) in International Business from the University of London; a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS); and a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A) in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand
