Role Overview:

As an Adjunct Organisational Development and Culture Consultant, you will join a dynamic talent pool available to support NiaDelta’s projects on a need basis. You will bring your expertise to design and execute tailored interventions that enhance leadership effectiveness, transform organisational culture, and deliver measurable results for clients. This role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking flexible engagements with impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Facilitation

  • Lead or support client engagements to diagnose organisational challenges and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and strategy meetings with senior leaders and teams.

Solution Design

  • Collaborate with NiaDelta’s core team to design and implement frameworks, tools, and interventions.

  • Develop customised strategies for organisational transformation, culture enhancement, and leadership development.

  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in organisational development and incorporate them into client solutions.

  • Contribute insights to enhance NiaDelta’s frameworks and methodologies.

Project Execution

  • Work on project-specific deliverables, ensuring high-quality execution within agreed timelines.

  • Contribute to the development of reports, case studies, and other materials showcasing project outcomes.

  • Support impact measurement and evaluation of organisational development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in organisational development, leadership consulting, or related areas.

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering organisational development or culture transformation initiatives.

  • Strong facilitation, learning experience design, coaching, and consulting skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
