At NiaDelta, we partnered with Fingo, an East African digital financial services startup, to co-create a thriving culture identity amidst their rapid growth. Recognizing the critical role of culture in driving their mission of empowering young Africans to build wealth, Fingo sought to define and embed a cohesive culture that resonated with their values and aspirations

Our Approach: Human-Centred and Collaborative

Using our Culture Tree Framework and human-centred design principles, we facilitated an immersive Culture Identity Workshop. This interactive experience allowed Fingo’s leadership and employees to reflect on the roots of their culture—values, beliefs, and desired behaviors—and co-create a culture blueprint tailored to their goals
