NiaDelta partnered with ELMA Philanthropies, a global organization improving the lives of children and families in Africa, to design a transformative retreat that reconnected their dispersed team and renewed their commitment to ELMA Philanthropies’ mission.

Our Approach: Human-Centred and Immersive

Using our FLOE model, we crafted an experience balancing structured mission-driven engagement with relaxation and personal reflection. Activities such as the mission immersion exercise and Ikigai workshop enabled participants to connect deeply with ELMA Philanthropies’ purpose while fostering personal growth.
