Clarifying Purpose and Strengthening Team Cohesion: Norrsken East Africa’s Retreat Experience
Norrsken East Africa partnered with NiaDelta for our ability to help organisations align their purpose and operational goals. We were engaged to design and facilitate the first day of their two-day retreat. Leveraging our Purpose Alignment Programme, we crafted a transformative retreat that empowered the Norrsken team to gain deeper insights into their individual and collective purposes, fostering alignment with the organisation's broader mission and vision.
Our Approach: Human-Centred and Immersive
Using our FLOE model, we crafted an experience balancing structured mission-driven engagement with relaxation and personal reflection. Activities such as the mission immersion exercise and Ikigai workshop enabled participants to connect deeply with Norrsken’s purpose.

By facilitating open discussions and collaborative exercises, NiaDelta strengthened the team’s relationships. The Belbin exercise provided insight into work styles, fostering greater appreciation for the diversity of skills and contributions within the team.

The retreat was a resounding success, achieving a 4.5/5 overall experience rating and 4.8/5 rating for facilitation, with 81% of participants giving a perfect score.
