Art of Effective Feedback

Feedback is a critical competency to effective leadership development and capacity building across individuals, teams and the entire organization. This workshop introduces the concept of feedback as a tool for systemic transformation. Participants explore the role of feedback in personal and professional development, and explore how to effectively engage in feedback using the principles of Radical Candor, Crucial Conversations and Thanks for the Feedback. At the end of this workshop, participants will be empowered with the tools and competencies to engage in feedback that fosters growth and co-creation.

Pre-experience

  • Online resources to establish a firm understanding of the core theories and frameworks (Radical Candor, Crucial Conversations and Thanks for the Feedback)

  • Guided Reflection to unlock prior knowledge and experience with feedback

During Experience

  • Overview: A 4-hour facilitated workshop to appreciate the value of a powerful feedback culture, identify our feedback patterns and practice and plan for future feedback conversations

  • Capacity: Tailored to your teams size and need

  • Assessment: Post-experience survey
