Business Development Senior Analyst

Role Summary:
The Business Development Senior Analyst provides critical administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and contributing to the organization’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Coordinate scheduling, reminders, and updates in tools like Asana and Pipedrive to streamline communication.

    • Draft, organize, and distribute reports, maintaining consistency and accessibility of organizational records.

    • Initiate and maintain comprehensive client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for decision-making.

    • Manage research and logistics for operational initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and coordinating follow-ups.

  • Operational Support:

    • Track progress on tasks and OKRs, ensuring accurate data is logged in Asana and communicated to stakeholders.

    • Maintain team communication channels, ensuring that all updates, resources, and tools are effectively distributed.

    • Provide administrative support for business development activities, including preparing documents and scheduling key interactions.

  • Process Efficiency:

    • Create and refine operational workflows to improve team efficiency and collaboration.

    • Monitor and update organizational resources, ensuring they reflect evolving operational needs.

    • Support leadership in identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.

  • Proficiency in Asana, Pipedrive, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience maintaining team communication channels.

  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and enhance productivity.

  • Experience in scheduling, document preparation, and business development support is a plus.
