Kiana is a social impact professional who is passionate about supporting the growth and development of others. Kiana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Africana Studies from Hamilton College and a Master’s Degree in Pedagogy from New York University. She enjoys cultivating spaces for critical thinking, professional development, and artistic expression. As a Posse Foundation Leadership Scholar Alumna, Kiana takes pride in dedicating her career to higher education and leadership development.
