Organisational Development Senior Analyst

Role Overview:
The Organisational Development (OD) Senior Analyst will play a critical role in analysing, designing, and supporting organisational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for solving complex problems, and a strong desire to enhance organisational performance. You will collaborate with senior consultants, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of impactful solutions aligned with NiaDelta’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth research on organisational challenges, trends, and best practices.
Collect, analyse, and interpret data on employee engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness.
Create detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights.
Strategy Development & Execution
Support the design and implementation of OD strategies, frameworks, and interventions.
Collaborate with team members to develop and refine consulting tools, models, and processes.
Contribute to the creation of learning programmes, workshops, and other capacity-building initiatives.
Project Management & Delivery
Assist in managing OD projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Track progress, analyse results, and suggest improvements for ongoing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Provide thoughtful insights and recommendations during client meetings and workshops.
Support business development by contributing to proposals and presentations.
Content Development & Storytelling
Develop engaging LinkedIn content to showcase NiaDelta’s solutions, thought leadership, and client success stories.
Craft case studies, impact reports, and marketing materials highlighting the firm’s value proposition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with strategic goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
1–3 years of experience in organisational development or a consulting-related role.
Strong analytical skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of OD principles, change management, and leadership development.
