O’Seye Oni is a culture and organisational development strategist, specialising in fostering leadership excellence, facilitating culture transformation, and enabling strategy execution.
With a decade of hands-on experience across Strategy, HR, and Operations, O’Seye has led impactful transformations within high-growth companies and startups. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, he leverages his expertise in organisational development and coaching to deliver optimised strategies, build high-performing teams, and cultivate great-place-to-work environments.
O’Seye is a certified change practitioner and project manager, holding a bachelor’s degree in Sociology & Anthropology from Obafemi Awolowo University. In his spare time, he combines his passion for storytelling with his mission to help individuals achieve their full potential by hosting a podcast that explores the origin stories of Africans living their dreams - Origins Africa. He also shares insights at conferences, writes about life and career topics, enjoys kayaking, and explores new cultures through travel.
