Prior to her role at NiaDelta, Soumaya served as the Talent Practice Leader at Procter & Gamble, where she was instrumental in developing and implementing talent strategies that aligned with the company's objectives. Her leadership in this role helped to cultivate a high-performing workforce and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Soumaya's journey in people operations began at Cornell University, where she worked as an Assistant in the Office of the Dean of Students. During her time at Cornell, she supported various initiatives aimed at improving student life and contributed to the overall efficiency of the Dean's office.
She holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University, where she developed a strong academic foundation and honed her skills in organizational management and interpersonal communication.
