“The African Leadership Academy engaged NiaDelta to design virtual sessions for a group of young people from around the world that we selected for a leadership development program. I remember early in the process the team explaining that they ‘craft experiences’ and that is a spot-on way of describing their work. They have an uncanny ability to build a community using thought-provoking, engaging experientials, while challenging the participants to think critically about issues facing the world. Heading into the program, one of our biggest goals was to build a community amongst the participants. After six virtual sessions, the 40 participants (who spanned 24 countries from Peru to Singapore and have never met in person) felt like a community. They had made lifelong friends and that is a result of the thoughtful, careful planning from the NiaDelta Team.
